“Blue” – Prince Edward County

“There are days where it’s all just too much. Entitlement, arrogance, and selfishness have drained me. My only solace on these days is beauty from good days and the hope that tomorrow will be better.” – Ed Lehming
Ya, it’s been one of those days. I’m weary, tired of the nonsense of the world. Yet I’m determined to keep posting, even though I’m drained, knowing there are people out there, just like me, who are in search of some glimmer of hope, of beauty.
So, here’s today’s post: a simple composition from a few days back, along a lakeside trail where I noticed this simple, beautiful chicory blossom, not knowing just how much I might need it for a day like this, a reminder of what can be, if I can just push through the mental and emotional exhaustion.

We have to think positive and try to stay happy. No point in fretting about things that are not in our control. We do what we can and then do our best to enjoy our life.
Lovely. Both blossoms are vying for attention. 😊
