Thursday Doors – June 09, 2016 – “Mind Your Step”
This week’s submission for For Thursday Doors – June 9, 2016 by Norm 2.0.
Made at Toronto’s Distillery District. A flash back to Toronto’s past in this wonderfully preserved historical district.
This particular door caught my attention, since it is quite high up. I imagine it would have been used as a loading door. I like the contrast of the bright green against the old red brick.

It’s very pretty. I would love to convert an old distillery into a living/working space.
Yes, that would be wonderful. There are now living spaces and studios.
I totally envy them. 😍😍😍
Great find. Love the green and brick too. Hope the put a guard rail inside 🙂
I’m not sure. It’s a decorating store and I have not seen the inside.
Nice one but something tells me that’s not up to code 😉
Yes, likely not 🙂
Ooh, I love the doors like that 🙂 Nice find!
Thanks, me too.
Your title is apropos, Ed!
🙂 Thanks Janet
Ooh I like this one, I saw a similar door in a restaurant in Tallinn, Estonia. It was also a former industrial area! ☺
No photo? Sounds like time for a trip 🙂
Yes, I think so too 😛
I like that 2nd story door.
