Thursday Doors – May 19, 2016
Morrice Hall, McGill University, Montreal.
Yes, I have a thing for large old doors. So, I am drawn to Universities, public offices, and cathedrals for my material.

Lovely door and interesting composition.
Thanks.
Ed, I like that you set up the photo with the door off to one side. Very stately door surrounded by lovely stone.

Thank you. It’s a beautiful old building. I have a thing for old stone buildings.
I, too, Ed.
Hillarious…I have a shot of that very same door from my last downtown doorscursion 😀
There’s a lot of nice ones like that all over the campus. I guess I’ll wait a bit before posting mine 😉
Do you make it to Montreal often Ed?
I’m in Montreal about once every two months. I have more from McGill. Maybe we can spread the posts out.
I just though it was a funny coincidence. You go ahead and post what you have whenever you want. I’ve got tons of other shots to choose from. But I was thinking about a possible get-together/doorscursion next time you’re in, if you’re interested and have time of course.
Cheers 🙂
That would be fun. I’ll let you know in advance.
